PBI Benefit Solutions Pty Ltd is a specialist remuneration organisation providing solutions and solving administration barriers for public benevolent institutions wanting to offer tax free fringe benefits to their employees.

PBI has over 30 years of experience in the fields of employee remuneration and benefits. We have pioneered many notable innovations and collectively, the company’s founders have been responsible for:

• Creating the Novated Lease Legislation (IT2509) in 1988
  
• Creating the basis for legislation for all of the current Employee Share Plan structures
• Creating the framework and legislation for Employer provided childcare
• Consulting to more than 600 of Australia’s top 1,000 employers
• Creating and maintaining numerous employer reference publications covering remuneration packaging and design
• Creating Australia’s first salary packaging calculator (REMPAC) in 1988
