Instructions on Completing Authorised Signatory/Verifying Officer – Letter of Nomination

  • Nominate the staff member or members in your organisation who will take on the role of authorised signatory and verifying officer.

  • Use the soft copy of 'Authorised Signatory/Verifying Officer Letter of Nomination' and print on your organisation's letterhead.

  • Have the nominated staff member(s) fill out their details on the letter.

  • Have the nominated staff member(s) take the letter to their nearest Westpac branch to be identified using a 100 point check. (Current Westpac members need only supply their Westpac Identification Reference Number)

  • The Westpac branch member will fill in their Westpac Identification Reference Number on the letter when the staff member(s) have satisfied the 100 point check.
