Instructions on Completing Authorised Signatory/Verifying
Officer – Letter of Nomination
Nominate the staff member or members in your organisation
who will take on the role of authorised signatory and verifying
officer.
Use the soft copy of 'Authorised Signatory/Verifying
Officer Letter of Nomination' and print on your organisation's
letterhead.
Have the nominated staff member(s) fill out their
details on the letter.
Have the nominated staff member(s) take the letter
to their nearest Westpac branch to be identified using a 100
point check. (Current Westpac members need only supply their
Westpac Identification Reference Number)
The Westpac branch member will fill in their Westpac
Identification Reference Number on the letter when the staff member(s)
have satisfied the 100 point check.
